Everything you need to import with confidence
Supplier verification
We check company registration, licences, halal and quality certifications and production capacity. Where needed, we visit the factory in person.
Negotiation & quotation
We negotiate price, MOQ, packaging and lead time for you, and quote clearly on an ex-works basis or delivered to a Malaysian port.
Sample coordination
We collect samples from shortlisted suppliers and send them to you in one consolidated shipment.
Quality control & inspection
We check products against approved specifications and arrange independent third-party pre-shipment inspection.
Logistics to Malaysian port
On request, we arrange container stuffing, inland haulage from the factory to the port of loading, and export customs clearance. We then hand over to your nominated forwarder.
Export documentation
Commercial invoice, packing list, certificate of origin (including FTA forms), halal and health certificates, COA, and export customs declaration.
Private label & OEM
Your own brand on Malaysian-made products, with support on artwork, packaging and labelling compliance.
Repeat-order management
For monthly or quarterly supply contracts, we manage scheduling, consistent quality and continuity of supply.

- No sourcing fee on standard enquiriesFor standard product enquiries, our service fee is already included in the price we quote.
- Simple, secure payment100% TT to our company account before goods are released from the factory. If the manufacturer requires a production deposit, the same deposit applies, with the balance due before release. You are welcome to inspect at the factory before paying.
- Written contracts for every orderSpecification, quantity, price, Incoterm, delivery date and inspection terms are agreed in writing before production starts.
- ConfidentialityYour enquiries, pricing and supplier details are handled in strict confidence.
Custom sourcing projects
For complex requests, such as new product development, multi-supplier audits or market-wide supplier searches, we may agree a project fee upfront. The fee is credited in full against your first order.
